MY PHILOSOPHY

Let's talk about change. Change and the desire for change can be scary. Think of a time you took a leap of faith and made a change in your life. Was it easy? Maybe you left a comfortable job to start a new one, or maybe you’re becoming a parent for the first time (or again), maybe you decided to leave your partner after 20 years together, maybe you decided to go back to school, maybe it’s losing or gaining weight, or maybe it’s something as simple as changing your hairstyle that you’ve had for your entire life. Whatever “the change” is for you and your current situation can be scary and difficult or exciting and liberating.
Through my personal experience, along with supporting others through their “changes” I have found that change happens when the person desires it. You cannot force someone into changing, nor should you have to. My philosophy is that change happens by believing we are capable of worthy of what it is we desire and want in life. When we can truly believe we are capable, and worthy is when the magic happens, and life seems to look a little brighter.
