I like to think of the work I do as sitting down with someone who feels familiar — someone you feel safe with, someone you can trust, and someone who will gently encourage you to step outside of your comfort zone and explore new perspectives. Building a strong therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my counselling approach, because healing often begins when we feel genuinely supported, understood, and accepted.
I want you to know that you do not have to navigate life’s challenges alone. I strive to be someone in your corner, supporting and encouraging you every step of the way through your healing journey.
Change is rarely linear. Growth often comes with ups and downs, setbacks, uncertainty, and moments where we may feel stuck, defeated, overwhelmed, or powerless. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, motherhood, postpartum experiences, grief, stress, burnout, self-esteem concerns, or major life transitions, these feelings are deeply human and valid.
My goal as a counsellor is to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can process your experiences openly and honestly. Together, we can work toward greater self-awareness, resilience, healing, and emotional wellness while honouring your pace and unique story.
I will be there to support you through the difficult moments, celebrate the meaningful ones, and help you reconnect with your strength along the way.
